Widely regarded as Pennsylvania's 1st craft brewery, Stoudt's will be celebrating their 25th anniversary tonight at Sunswick 35/35 in Queens - maybe Queens first craft beer bar?  Eddie Stoudt will be leading the festivities - raffling off great craft beer prizes and giving out Stoudt's pint glasses with the purchase of your second Stoudt's brew.  They'll also be pouring a hearty selection of Stoudt's brews.  Check out the list:

Wednesday, July 11 - Barrier Brewery is Back! @ The Double Windsor, Brooklyn:

Barrier Brewing left us for a little while.  At first it was hard, but we managed to survive their absence.  Now they've returned with a bigger brewery, same old favorite brews and some new delicious pours.  They'll be throwing it down at the Double Windsor on Wednesday with an impressive draught list for your imbibing pleasure.  Check it out:

Wednesday, July 11 - Lagunitas Night @ The Blind Tiger Ale House, Manhattan:

Lagunitas is something of a legend.  So is the Blind Tiger Ale House.  One a powerhouse of hopped up west coast brewing and the other the craftiest of all New York beer bars.  And on Thursday, you could say, they are featuring each other. Ron Lindenbusch, the man behind the brewery, will be joining the fun on what is being dubbed as his East Coast Beer Tour.  With him he'll be bringing a nice selection of Lagunitas for you to enjoy.  Check it out:

Wednesday, July 11 - $10 Tuesday Tastings: Jever, Gaffel & Dentergems & Four Roses @ Idle Hands Bar, Manhattan:

Wednesday nights at Idle Hands is hands down one of the best boozing nights in all of the city.  $10 gets you a pint of the brewery's featured beer, extra tastings of other brews, an education tasting of the featured bourbon/whiskey and a snack of tater tots with delicious dipping sauce.  This week will be featuring the breweries Jever, Gaffel & Dentergems.  Jerver and Gaffel are brewed in Germany and Dentergems in Belgium and all of them carried by Raven Brands.  Four Roses is a bourbon distiller out of Coxs Creek, Kentucky.  Jump into beer and bourbon and snacks and for only $10 and with excellent music, knowledgeable people and of course - The Beer Friends.

Idle Hands is located 25 Avenue B, downstairs, between East 2nd and 3rd Streets in the Alphabet City neighborhood of Manhattan.

Thursday, July 12 - Blue Point Night @ Standings, Manhattan:

Craft beer and sports come together in one fine East Village establishment known as Standings.  On Thursday they'll be hosting Blue Point brewery, pouring three drafts and one special cask.  Of course any sporting event that is currently playing will be on one of their many tv's and the bartenders are always happy to talk beer, sports and revelry.  Here's the list:

And of course, free brats at 8 pm from Wechsler's.
